Optimal Sports Welcomes Rico Flores Jr.

Optimal Sports is excited to welcome highly talented 4-star wide receiver and route runner, Rico Flores Jr.

Flores is currently in the middle of a highly promising recruiting journey: as a Junior, he’s already received over 28 offers from football heavyweights including Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State, Notre Dame and USC. 

Considering his success throughout his high school career at Folsom High School, it’s no wonder he’s a top prospect. During his six-game Sophomore season, he caught 31 passes for 606 yards and 10 touchdowns, and also made the MaxPrep’s California All-State First Team. In his most recent Junior season, he racked up 81 receptions for 1,157 yards and 11 touchdowns over 15 games. He also made the 2021 MaxPrep’s All Sac-Joaquin Section Football first-team offense. 

Flores certainly has some big, great decisions ahead of him, and Optimal Sports is proud to be supporting him!
